The game exercises your navigation ability

Recently, a study found that playing a 30-minute TV game every day can exercise the brain navigation function, and you will no longer be confused to not see the map. In general, gamers are good at depicting the surrounding mental maps. In a past study, it was shown that game players have a lot of grey matter in their brains, so the ability to meditate on the mind is good.

A few days ago, Dr. Simone Kühn of the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Germany conducted an experiment. First, scientists selected some women who had not played games as test subjects. Then in the next two months, half of the 30 minutes a day playing Super Mario 64 requires a very strong navigation ability. The rest of the game is not playing. The researchers found that half of the grey-white quality of the interpretation and memory of the half of the maps in the brains of the gamers played increased. In the test of navigation ability, it is much stronger than the women who did not play games in the other half.
Dr. Simone Kühn also said that they will continue to work on the game to prevent brain deterioration.
