Cummins China The first target students of Chongqing TEC project were 54 people

As the seventh community vocational education base of Cummins globally, the Cummins Chongqing Community Vocational Technology Education Project has gradually expanded its influence in the Chongqing area. The project started at the beginning of 2013 and identified the educational partner Chongqing Industrial Polytechnic and three local industry partners. The implementation of the project has now entered the second stage, aiming at cultivating the necessary technical talents for the future development of the industry. Chongqing Industrial Polytechnic received a donation of 50,000 U.S. dollars from the Cummins Foundation at the beginning of 2014. Since then, project work has been guaranteed. In view of the successful implementation of Chongqing TEC's early stage, Cummins again donated engines, equipment, tools and courses worth approximately US$260,000 to the Chongqing TEC project base in 2016, building the first “Cummins Product Experience Center” in China, with greater intensity. Support the development of TEC courses.

The first batch of 54 target students of the TEC project in Chongqing is this year.
