Solution: Under the coordination of the refinery plant, the continuous reforming unit uses an ammonia cooling system to make the heavy components in the hydrogen as much as possible to be absorbed by the reforming reaction when passing through the re-contact system, so that the recombination in the hydrogen The fractional content dropped from the original 8 to about 5. The frequency of de-liquidening of the new hydrogen inlet liquid separation tank was increased in the device (from 1 time / 8h to 1 time / 4h). Take measures to reduce the amount of cooling water in the cylinder of the compressor and increase the temperature of the outlet, so as to be as close as possible to the upper limit of the design, to avoid increasing the amount of liquid generated by the medium during the compression process due to low temperature.
