Zigong Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. undertakes the optimization of production process and integration process for the strategic emerging product “industrialization of high-maintain ammonium metatungstate†in 2014, adopting the combination of new rotary electric furnace and pulse bag collecting dust. The advanced technology of dissociation can realize the closed circuit circulation of the system, greatly improving the leachable slag recovery technology for the metal yield of ammonium metatungstate production, eliminating the traditional steam drying oven far-infrared strip furnace drying technology, and solving the work efficiency. Low, workers have large operating loads and high energy consumption. They have made breakthroughs in the development of ammonium metatungstate product series, from the original production of a single coarse-grained ammonium metatungstate to a product capable of producing finer grains. The land meets the needs of the market.
The project has two invention patents. At present, the company has completed the construction of a new ammonium metatungstate production line ahead of schedule and started industrial production at the beginning of the year. From January to June 2014, a total of 884 tons were produced, and the output value reached 168 million yuan, which was 67.2% of the annual plan of 250 million yuan. The target value was exceeded, and it is expected to achieve an annual production and sales volume of over 300 million yuan. The current production orders are full and have a good market prospect.
