Under the tremendous pressure of production capacity of the whole industry, the inventory water level has been rising all the way, and it has to rely on the price and the payment cycle to capture the survival opportunities. In the future, China's LED industry will face more intense market competition. In the increasingly fierce competition, many companies have begun to integrate new ideas for mergers and acquisitions. This has led to the phenomenon that the industry is bigger and smaller. A large number of LED companies will be eliminated, including LED chip companies. Many companies have neglected the market assessment and entered the LED industry under the encouragement of local governments. However, due to the lack of clear market positioning, they have lost market competitiveness and are facing difficulties in riding the tiger. If a group of chip companies are eliminated, there will be hundreds of MOCVD idle takeovers, resulting in billions of losses. This is obviously caused by the lack of rational and rapid development of the LED industry. Being big and not strong is another feature of the rapid development of China's LED industry. China's LED industry started late, subject to patent technology constraints, China's LED industry inertia relies on foreign giant patents, which makes the entire industry into a quagmire of homogenization competition, price wars and so on. In order to survive, many LED companies have been unable to focus on projects that require time, such as technological innovation and product development. Today, although general conventional products can be manufactured in China, they still rely on imports in the high-end field of high performance. How to enable enterprises to slow down and calm down to make products is an urgent problem that the entire LED industry needs to solve. The government plays an important role in the development of the LED industry. Earlier, the profit of the LED industry 60 was concentrated in the LED chip industry, so the production capacity of LED chips in China increased at a geometric rate. Local governments are taking LED chip projects as a performance project. However, while local governments have contributed to the promotion, they have neglected the coordination between industries, resulting in the malformation of the uneven distribution of China's LED industry chain. In any industry, in the early stages of development, the government often plays a key role. However, in the market economy environment, the competition between enterprises can never get rid of the market law. Judging from the subsidies received by enterprises in the first half of this year, the government has slowed down the encouragement of enterprises, and the Shenzhen Municipal Government even abandoned the LED industry plan that was formulated earlier. This is a good thing for the Chinese LED industry. Only after washing the market rules can we see the value of the company more accurately.
