Recently, Dongying City Bureau of Commerce announced the situation of imports and exports in July.
From January to July, exports of rubber tires and auto parts in Dongying City maintained steady growth. Among them, the export value of rubber tires was 2.143 billion U.S. dollars, up 8.3% year-on-year; the export value of auto parts was 148 million U.S. dollars, up 35.8% year-on-year.
It is understood that Shandong Yongsheng Rubber Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Changfeng Tire Co., Ltd. ranked among the top two tire exporters and completed exports of 265 million U.S. dollars and 216 million U.S. dollars, respectively.
In addition, from January to July, Dongying City's natural rubber imports amounted to US$314 million, a year-on-year decrease of 17.8%.
In the first half of the year, the city's natural rubber, compound rubber, and synthetic rubber totaled 400 million U.S. dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 29.9%. Dongying City Bureau of Commerce believes that the decline is due to the continued decline in the prices of international bulk raw materials and the fluctuation of the RMB exchange rate.
