Changqing Petrochemical New Hydrogen Generator Successfully Launched

Changqing Petrochemical Company's newly built 40,000 standard/hour hydrogen production facility introduced natural gas at 18:00 on December 12. At 8 o'clock on the 13th, the device produced qualified hydrogen products. After 10 days of production operation, the current installation runs smoothly, the product quality is stable, and the hydrogen purity is 99.9%, fully meeting the design requirements.

This device is an important supporting part of Changqing Petrochemical's annual 5 million tons refinery expansion and expansion project. The device broke ground in October 2005. It was built in only 13 months and was successfully put into production once. The effective safety, quality, investment, and construction period of the project were effectively controlled.

In the process of putting the device into operation, leaders at all levels of the group company and the stock company were very concerned and attached great importance. A group of 13 experts was appointed to the site to inspect and check and help guide the work.

Rail Track Measurement

The irregularities present in the track are the primary causes of vibration and these should be identified and the faults rectified to increase the safety of train travel. In this paper, a differential evolution technique based track measurement system is proposed to measure the health of the track. The abnormality of the track has been measured using micro electro mechanical system accelerometers which are mounted in the axle box. A new sensing method is used to estimate the exact location of the irregularity even when the signal is absent.
