Tin mine anchor house pillar mining method

A first seam antimony tin mine roof is unstable shales, f = 4 ~ 6, joints, faults developed after exposure easy to take off. The ore is a ash-containing ash, f=12~16, which is hard and stable. The thickness of the ore body is generally 2~3m, the local ore section is 3~5m, and the inclination angle is 10°~20°. The bottom plate is deuterated limestone or limestone with good stability.
Mining by bolt house column mining method. The ore body is divided into regular mines and pillars along the strike. Each 4-6 pillars form a panel, leaving a 3 to 4 m wide panel wall between the panels. The ore block is 40~60m long, the mine span is 8m, the room pillar is 3×4~4×5m, and the pillar spacing is 5~6m. The top column has a width of 3m. The layout is shown in Figure 1.

There are two ways of mining: the thickness of the ore body is ≤3.5m, the whole layer is recovered, the thickness of the ore body is >3.5m, and the layer is recovered. When the whole layer is recovered, the working surface starts from the cutting roadway and pushes upward with the inline working face; the rock is drilled with 01-38 or YG-40 rock drill, the ammonium explosive is blasted, and the electric discharge is 28~30kw. With the advancement of the mining face, the room pillars are formed 5 to 10 m behind the working face. Adopt wedge-wrapped anchor or wedge-type anchor roof, the length of the bolt is 2.0m and 2.3m respectively, the netness is 0.8×1.0m, and it is installed next to the mining face. The rock is drilled with the 01-45 rock drill. Hole, install the anchor. The anchoring force of the anchor in the shale: the wedge-slot anchor is 12~13t, and the wedge-type anchor is 10~12t.
The layered recovery includes two steps of pulling the bottom and picking the top, first pulling the bottom and then picking the top. The height of the bottom is 2.5 to 3.0 m, and the bottoming process is the same as the whole layer. The ore body at the upper part of the bottom layer is extracted layer by layer in a layer of 2 m. When the ore is not stable, use a 01-38 or YG-40 rock drill to drill a horizontal blasthole on the remaining pile; if the ore is stable, use the 01-45 or YSP-45 rock drill to drill the upper blasthole. Blast with ammonium fry. After each blasting, the electricity is mined about 30%, and the rest is left in the stope as a working platform. When picking up the top layer, install the anchor immediately following the mining face.

Then push the round handle button on the top, the block magnet in steel box will sink and contact and catch with iron steel part. If someone need to remove the shuttering Magnetic box, he need to find a crowbar and pry up the round handle button and the block magnet will return to its position and not catch the iron steel.
