The device is driven by a motor via a V-belt and a secondary worm gear reducer to drive the disc on the central shaft to rotate. The powdery material added to the hopper falls on the disc by gravity, and is scraped off the discharge opening by the scraper as the disc rotates.

2. 250×1800 belt type zinc powder feeder This machine is designed by China Nonferrous Institute, internal machine and Jilin prospecting. It is a special equipment used to add zinc powder in the zinc powder replacement process of cyanide gold extraction.
The main features of the feeder are: 1 The equipment consists of a belt feeder and a mixing tank, which is used to complete the zinc powder addition and the mixing of the noble liquid and the zinc powder; 2 the zinc powder addition amount can be uniform once every 8 hours. The ground is laid on the belt surface, and is automatically added to the mixing tank continuously 8h after starting up; 3 can reduce labor intensity and reduce zinc powder loss.
The technical parameters of the feeder and the mixing tank are shown in Tables 4 and 5, respectively, and the external dimensions are shown in Figure 2.

3. Spiral zinc powder feeder spiral zinc powder feeder is a new zinc powder feeding machine developed by Xinhai Mining Machinery. It has the following advantages: 1Adopting speed motor, zinc powder feeding amount can be easily and conspicuously Arbitrarily adjusted; 2 spiral feedstock is even and continuous, which solves the difficulty of adjusting the traditional mechanical zinc addition amount, the problem of uneven addition amount, reduces the residual zinc content, reduces the cyanidation cost, and improves the smelting effect; 3 zinc powder The small area exposed to the air reduces the oxidation of the zinc powder during use and improves the replacement effect. 4. Zinc powder mixing device Xinhai mining machine mainly produces traditional zinc powder mixing device that needs power driving and automatic zinc powder mixing device without power driving. The automatic zinc powder mixing device is a newly developed machine of the company. The main feature is that it does not require external power. The zinc powder is not piled up at the bottom of the cylinder, and the sealing is good. The noble liquid pump is easy to open under high vacuum. The main technical performance is shown in Tables 8 and 9.
