Delicate mineral processing plant was built in 1938 and 1967 turned into the scale of 500t / d, now the actual production capacity of 750t / d.
(1) The nature of the ore: Delicate Mining genus fissure filling quartz veins containing gold deposit. Ore mainly composed of quartz vein, iron ore containing gold and gold-bearing quartz veins phyllic granite composition. The main metal ore minerals pyrite, copper ore, gold and silver natural gold. Gangue minerals are quartz, plagioclase, calcite, sericite and the like.
Silver gold ore and natural gold are produced in fine and minute forms, distributed in the pores and edges of pyrite, chalcopyrite and quartz. The ore density is 2.75 t/m 3 .
(2) Process flow: The gold selection process adopts a flotation-cyanide joint process. Flotation gold concentrate obtained, for cyanidation after regrinding the concentrate, backflushing, substituted zinc powder, gold mud smelting, the crude gold electroless gold bullion and silver bullion final product is obtained, and the byproduct sulfur concentrate (i.e., cyanide Leaching residue). The process flow is shown in the figure below.
Zhaoyuan Gold Mine has a long history of production. It is the earliest concentrating plant in China to adopt gold cyanide method. It provides valuable experience for gold production: such as three-stage washing with multi-layer concentrator; one leaching and one washing for cyanide operation. For the second immersion and two washing, the recovery rate of gold is improved; the cyanide-containing sewage is treated by acidification method and the sodium cyanide is recovered, which solves the environmental impact of sewage discharge; the quality of gold is electrolytically separated from silver, and the product is changed into gold ingot and Silver ingots increase the economic benefits of enterprises.
