4. Structural Characteristics
This machine is a special reciprocating steel sand blasting machine, consisting of a blasting chamber, blasting wheel assembly, roller conveyor, abrasive recycling system (Screw Conveyor, elevator, separator), dust removal system, and an electric control system.
Blasting Chamber
Shot blasting chamber shells are made of profile steel and steel plate welding structure, offering strong, sealed, and spacious operation space for shot blasting of workpieces. The chamber consists of the body shell, gate, walls, lateral walls, roof, and guard boards.
Blast Wheel Assembly
The blast wheel assembly includes the blast wheel shell, motor, inlet tube, blade, impeller, directional set of balls, points wheel, block sand plate, and guard board. All wear parts such as blades and guard boards are made of 20% high-chromium cast iron.
Abrasive Recycling System
Includes screw conveyor, Bucket Elevator, separator, abrasive storage, and supply units.
Dust Removal System
This machine uses cartridge or bag-type dust collectors, which exhaust air produced during operation. The dedusting efficiency reaches up to 99.6%, with a powder density less than 100mg/m³, much stricter than national standards.
Electric Control System
Features a shot ball circulation failure alarm function. If any part of the system fails, the components automatically stop running to prevent shot ball clogging and damage to the power device.
