This comprehensive recycling system is designed for the efficient processing of plastic films and bags, including agricultural films, LDPE/LLDPE films, PE and PP bags, woven PP bags, jubo bags, and more. It enables direct granulation from waste PP and PE materials, making it a versatile solution for various industries.

The entire process involves several key steps: belt conveyor, wet crusher, screw loader, friction washer, float washer, squeezing pelletizer, and pelletizing line. The system can achieve an output range of 300 to 800 kg/h. For heavily contaminated materials, additional washing machines may be required to ensure optimal cleaning results. Depending on the available space in the client's workshop, the layout can be customized as an "L" or "U" shape to maximize efficiency and save space.

Additionally, if clients wish to recycle rigid PP and PE materials such as pipes, baskets, pallets, or jerrycans, we can tailor the design of the recycling machine to accommodate these materials, allowing for a broader range of waste plastics to be processed.

For plastic films, we recommend using a squeezing pelletizing system after the washing line. This system replaces traditional centrifuge dewatering machines, pipeline drying systems, and agglomerators, helping users save energy and space. It also allows for more dry material to be obtained from washed PP and PE film scraps. Moreover, this system can easily achieve high outputs of up to 500–800 kg/h.

After the squeezing pelletizer, the rigid PP and PE flakes will be very hot. Therefore, we suggest using a double-layer air conveying pipe with cooling water inside. A cooling conveyor is also recommended after the squeezing pelletizer to cool down the flakes before they enter the pelletizing line. This ensures that the final granules produced are of high quality and consistent in size.
