The layout can be customized as "L" or "U" shaped to optimize space in the workshop.

For plastic films, we recommend using a squeezing pelletizing system after the washing line. This system replaces traditional centrifuge dewatering, pipeline drying, and agglomeration units, saving energy and space. It produces drier material from washed PP and PE scraps, enabling higher output rates of 500–800 kg/h. After the squeezing pelletizer, the rigid flakes are hot, so we suggest an air-cooling conveyor to cool them before feeding into the pelletizing line.
