4. Structural Characteristics
This machine is a special reciprocating steel sand blasting system, consisting of a blasting chamber, blast wheel assembly, roller conveyor, abrasive recycling system (Screw Conveyor, elevator, separator), dust removal system, and electric control system.
Blasting Chamber
Shot blasting chambers are made of profiled steel and welded steel plates, providing a strong, sealed, and spacious environment for blasting operations. The chamber includes the body shell, door, surrounding walls, side walls, roof, and protective panels.
Blast Wheel Assembly
The blast wheel assembly consists of a blast wheel shell, motor, inlet tube, blades, impeller, directional set of balls, points wheel, sand block plate, and protective panels. All wear parts such as blades and protective panels are made from 20% high-chromium cast iron.
Abrasive Recycling System
Includes screw conveyor, Bucket Elevator, separator, and abrasive storage and supply units.
Dust Removal System
