The local road resumed normal traffic as early as 7 am and the water supply pipeline was repaired at 10:30. While repairing, the Water Group also dispatched an emergency water supply vehicle to the nearby water-abusing community to provide residents with temporary water to meet basic water demand.

According to Zhang Guoxiang, chairman of Shenyang Water Group, Shenyang's water emergency protection level is currently at the leading position in China.
