The GDC-9560B Gas Chromatograph Analyzer is designed to analyze the gas content in insulation oil using gas chromatography. It effectively identifies potential faults in operating equipment such as overheating or discharge, ensuring the safety of the power grid. This device is also essential for manufacturers of gas/oil equipment to test their products before they leave the factory.
In this system, gas acts as a carrier. When the sample gas is introduced into the sample injector, it enters the packed column or capillary column with the carrier gas. Due to differences in boiling point, polarity, and adsorption coefficient among the components of the sample gas, they are separated. The detector then detects each component sequentially based on its physical and chemical properties. Finally, the chromatographic analyzer records and analyzes the chromatogram of each component to provide accurate results.
