Production Presentation----Car Handling Equipment

Production & Processing----Car Handling Equipment 
CNC Cutting Transport the steel plate from the raw material warehouse to the CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After cutting, workers perform simple processing like chip moving and setting out.
Preliminary Assembling
Assemble the cut steel plates according to the design drawing.
Welding Weld the steel plates using an automatic welding machine after preliminary assembly.
Post Weld Treatment Test the welded sections, polish, and remove burrs. Post-weld treatment helps eliminate welding stress.
Spray Primer Transport the processed structure parts to the painting booth for applying primer. The main component of the primer is zinc-rich epoxy anti-rust paint, applied in two layers.
Assembling Assemble the structure parts with wheels, motors, and gearboxes after the primer is applied.
Paint Finish Transport the assembled cart to the painting booth, inspect the primer's integrity, then apply the final paint.
Debugging Debug the cart after the finish paint with the electric control system. After debugging, test the cart without load, then with load. After inspection, the cart is transported to storage.

Packing and Shipping----Car Handling Equipment

*For length less than 6m, width less than 2.2m, it will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
*If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m, it needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft). If the equipment exceeds these dimensions, bulk cargo should be considered.
