Today, Delfast is excited to announce a new initiative aimed at helping police departments around the world transition to greener transportation options. This program is designed to support law enforcement agencies in adopting electric vehicles that are both efficient and environmentally friendly.

The initiative offers exclusive deals tailored for police services, including discounted pricing on the Top Cop e-bike and flexible terms for testing and collaboration. As officers test the Top Cop, they can request additional equipment such as specialized horns, lights, cargo platforms, radio mounts, and more—ensuring the bike meets their specific needs. Customization of the bike’s design is also available upon request.

The Top Cop e-bike is built with law enforcement in mind. It can reach speeds of up to 50 mph (80 km/h), making it ideal for high-speed pursuits. With a range of 174 miles (280 km) on a single charge, it’s perfect for all-day city patrols. Its ability to navigate through traffic and tough terrain sets it apart from traditional vehicles, offering a reliable and eco-friendly alternative.

"The Delfast Top Cop won't stop while you're chasing an offender."
– Daniel Tonkopiy, CEO of Delfast

In addition to supporting police departments, Delfast is committed to giving back to those who serve. As part of this initiative, the company plans to support national organizations that assist current or former police officers, firefighters, and paramedics and their families. Delfast believes in being a socially responsible company and values the sacrifices made by first responders every day.

"Safe and clean cities – that's our goal here."
– Serhii Denysenko, COO of Delfast

Delfast continues to provide practical solutions to combat climate change. While many governments encourage the public to switch to electric vehicles, fewer initiatives focus on promoting these changes within government institutions. By introducing the Green Police Initiative, Delfast aims to lead by example and inspire broader adoption of sustainable transport across all sectors.

Investment Casting

Investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, includes processes such as wax pressing, wax repair, tree assembly, slurry coating, wax melting, casting of molten metal, and post-treatment. Lost wax casting is the process of using wax to create a wax mold for the parts to be cast, and then coating the mold with mud, which is known as a mud mold. After drying the clay mold, put it in hot water to melt the internal wax mold. Remove the melted wax mold from the clay mold and bake it into a ceramic mold. Once roasted. Usually, when making clay molds, a pouring port is left, and then molten metal is poured through the pouring port. After cooling, the required parts are made.
