We have received additional updates regarding the upcoming deployment of the 4th new Spartan/Crimson 103' aerial, which is set to be assigned to Truck 56. In addition, we’ve obtained images of two of the newly delivered units that currently do not have company numbers applied yet. These units are identified as E337 and E338, both of which are designated as ALS (Advanced Life Support) companies.
The first image shows a brand-new Chicago Fire Department Spartan/Crimson 103' aerial ladder, labeled with the shop number E337, waiting for its official assignment. The second photo features another unit, E338, also a 103' aerial, marked as an ALS truck, and it too is in the process of being assigned to a station. Both trucks appear to be in pre-deployment condition, with no service numbers yet applied.

It’s always exciting to see new apparatus roll in, and these Spartan/Crimson 103' aerials look like they’ll serve the city well in the years to come.
