Zhenhua Heavy Industry 3800 kW main dynamic positioning thruster hoisted out of the pit

In order to successfully complete the hoisting and culling task, the design, process, production and security departments carried out many researches, calculations and tests on the hoisting process, and carefully studied a series of problems such as the height and weight of the pit, turning over after the pit, and ensuring a series of problems. Nearly 160 tons and 12.7 meters high products successfully completed the "gorgeous turn" from vertical installation test to horizontal packaging and transportation. At this point, the product has already been shipped on board, and the second 3800 kW propeller is also being installed.

In 2014, Zhenhua Heavy Industry developed the 1600 kW full-rotation liftable dynamic positioning system to fill the domestic gap and won the first prize of Nantong Science and Technology. The completion of the 3,800-kilowatt thruster also marks the company's ability to design and manufacture two thrust-and-push thrusters.
