1. Gearbox
· New-style parallel three-axis driving design integrates the transmission axis, chain, deceleration, and torque distribution, making it compact. Key bearings are imported.
· High-quality materials are used for drive components, including super-strength alloy cementite steel, carburizing and quenching, gear grinding technology, and tooth surface strengthening. This ensures high torque, precision, and low noise.
· Oil immersion and forced lubrication work seamlessly. An alarm is triggered if the hydraulic circuit is over-pressurized.
2. Feeding System
· Metering feeders come with single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, side feeding, and liquid addition systems.
3. Screw
· The screw elements and kneading blocks are precisely designed and processed for easy combination and interchangeability, ensuring efficient self-cleaning, transmission, compounding, and pressure forming.
· The screw material is made of high tool steel 38CrMoAlA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 with special heat treatment.
4. Barrel
· Euro-style rectangular barrel with optimized reflux refrigeration, reducing temperature differences in C areas.
· The cylinder can be made of high-quality nitrided steel, corrosion-resistant, or anti-friction materials depending on the application and technical requirements.
