All enterprises that meet the access requirements, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will make an announcement and serve as the basis for the support of relevant national policies; enterprises that have not been listed in the announcement list will not be supported by the relevant national policies.
Tire industry access conditions stipulate that the energy consumption of tire manufacturing enterprises shall meet the requirements of “Energy consumption limit per tire unit product†GB29449, and the energy efficiency and resource consumption shall be regularly checked for compliance standards; the consumption of fresh water per ton of new construction enterprises shall be less than 7 Tons, the existing enterprises are less than 8 tons; the consumption of new enterprise's tons of rubber products ("three rubbers") should meet the following requirements: less than 0.53 tons of radial passenger tires, less than 0.45 tons of light trucks and passenger car radial tires, and less than 0.49 tons of engineering tires .
At the same time, access conditions also encourage the development of energy-saving, environmentally friendly and safe green tires.
