Manufacturing equipment development focuses on high-end CNC machine tools

As an important part of the National Science and Technology Major Project of “High-end CNC Machine Tools and Basic Manufacturing Equipment”, the two special projects of large-scale critical part die forging technology and large-scale and high-quality casting material smelting and forming control technology have achieved significant progress and breakthroughs. According to the news, the research results of die forging technology for large-scale key parts will be widely used in the research and development of large-scale, integral, fine, high-quality, low-cost, long-life die forging products, and provide the basis for manufacturing key parts for large-scale aircraft in China. The material smelting and forming control technology of large-scale and high-quality castings has been successfully applied in the national major hydropower project “Xiangjiaba 800MW turbine unit” and Sanmen nuclear power. Solved the bottleneck technology related to large-scale castings and forgings urgently needed in the production equipment of China's metallurgical and energy industries.

These two key technologies are closely related to high-end CNC machine tools. On this basis, China's overall manufacturing level will reach a new level. The machine tool industry is expected to share a slice of high-end market and increase market influence. In the long run, China's machine tool manufacturing industry will benefit from this. In addition to directly associating individual stocks in China with one heavy and two heavy loads, machine tool manufacturing stocks such as Shenyang Machine Tool and Kunming Machine Tool are expected to be driven.
