Check whether the organic waste is leaking around the following areas of the arm lift type garbage truck: oil sump (upper and lower); 2 oil sump drain plug; 3 oil pressure switch; 4 oil filter; 5 intake valve timing control electromagnetic Valve; 6 stop chamber front cover; 7 cylinder block and cylinder head mating surface; 8 cylinder block and rocker cover mating surface; 9 front and rear crankshaft seal; 10 oil filter (for intake valve timing control) When the engine oil pressure is not normal and the oil pressure warning light is on, check the oil pressure. The inspection method is as follows: Disconnect the oil pressure switch harness connector and use a deep casing to remove the oil pressure switch.

Screw the special tool into the free threaded hole. Set the engine tachometer with pull arm garbage truck. Start the engine and warm up to the normal operating temperature. Check engine oil pressure. At idle, the engine oil pressure should exceed 60 kPa; at speeds up to 2000 rpm, the oil pressure should exceed 260 kPa. Before reinstalling the oil pressure sensor, remember to wrap the sealing tape around the switch threads and tighten the switch at the specified torque. Start the engine and check if the oil pressure switch leaks. Shut off the engine, connect it to the pressure switch terminal and cover the oil pressure switch with a cover.
