On February 24th, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Our Ukrainian team woke up to explosions at 5 AM. There are no words to describe the shock, fear, and heartbreak we felt. Ukraine is a peaceful country in the heart of Europe, and seeing it suffer like this—like it did during WWII—is heartbreaking. We’re deeply upset by the destruction of hospitals, schools, and homes. This kind of violence has no place in the 21st century.

As a Ukrainian-founded company now based in the US, Delfast is directly impacted by this war. We have an office and R&D center in Kyiv, and watching our beloved city under attack is devastating. Our team is working remotely from shelters, guest houses, and safe locations across Ukraine. Some have had to leave the country and are now refugees, but they continue to support our mission every day.

Despite the ongoing war, there have been no disruptions in our manufacturing or shipping processes. Orders are still being processed as usual, so you can count on your TOP 3.0 arriving on time. Surprisingly, we haven’t faced any supply chain issues. In fact, the situation has pushed us to expand our sourcing network, seeking more efficient ways to deliver high-quality bikes and parts to you.

Our Los Angeles office remains fully operational, and our customer service, sales, and support teams are working around the clock. You can still order eBikes, accessories, spare parts, and reach out for help without any issues.

Like many other companies, Delfast stands with the people of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the war, 5% of every purchase made on our site has been donated to Ukrainian charity funds. We believe in supporting the fight for freedom and justice.

Taking a Stand Against Russia

Delfast has severed all ties with Russian contractors, suppliers, and customers. We cannot and will not condone Russia’s actions or its aggression against innocent civilians. By cutting off economic support, we’re taking a firm stance against the war.

This decision means we’ve lost revenue and are implementing a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Russian aggression. Each of us has a role to play in standing up for what’s right. At Delfast, we stand firmly with the Ukrainian people, fighting for their freedom and rights.
