China's lignite utilization is expected to embark on the road to high efficiency and cleanliness

Guangdong Yijian Investment Co., Ltd. and US COALTEK Coal Technology Company formally signed a technical cooperation agreement (pictured) with the White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou tonight. The company plans to invest 200 million U.S. dollars within two years to upgrade and produce 10 million tons of lignite and a corresponding amount of coal each year. Mud molding products; With the increasingly mature technology and further industrialization, both parties will also establish relevant equipment manufacturing bases and expand the quality upgrading industry for coal products, which is of great practical significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's coal industry. According to reports, the Chinese technology called “low-temperature microwave dewatering and upgrading of lignite” technology can not only convert low-calorie-value lignite into high calorific value clean coal, but also have a high conversion rate, and it can solve the problem of traditional technology that emits more polluting gas and uses water. A large amount of technical problems can reduce the moisture content of coal products to below 8% at 90°C and below, which is in line with the international environmental protection standards for emission reduction, environmental protection, and energy conservation.
In order to quickly and successfully settle this electromagnetic wave dehydration technology for coal into the lignite-producing areas in Inner Mongolia, the joint venture plans to invest RMB 1.738 billion in R&D and production to realize the entire process from technological development to large-scale industrial production in four stages. Strategic objectives.
The first phase of the project. It plans to invest 106 million yuan to establish the first lignite electromagnetic wave dewatering and deep processing technology application research and development center in the Asia-Pacific region in the Ordos region and establish a demonstration industrial base with an annual output of 300,000 tons. After the base is completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 350,000 tons of coal and produce 300,000 tons of coal with high calorific value, low sulfur and low ash quality. According to the results of many studies conducted by experts from China and the United States, the joint venture company plans to complete the R&D and demonstration production bases of the company in December 2010, and complete the commissioning of the entire assembly line in March 2011 to achieve a smooth start-up and scale of the 300,000-ton demonstration project. Production.
Phase II. The concept of "modularization and combination design" is used to quickly expand the production scale to an annual output of 3 million tons, with a total investment of 638 million yuan. The project will be completed and put into operation in December 2012. It is estimated that the annual coal consumption will be 3.5 million tons.
The third phase of the project. The company expanded its production capacity to an annual output of 5 million tons, with a total investment of 928 million yuan. It was completed and put into operation in December 2013, and the annual coal consumption was 5.88 million tons.
Four projects. The total investment for the entire project was RMB 1.738 billion in December 2014. It produces 10 million tons of low-sulfur high-energy lignite annually. The annual coal consumption is about 12 million tons. It is estimated that annual sales will reach RMB 3.2 billion, and the total annual profit and tax will be realized. It reached 1.143 billion yuan.
Mr. Cai Chengju, chairman of Guangdong Yijian Investment Group, said that the company will unswervingly use this low-temperature, high-efficiency and precise dewatering technology to effectively dewater the low-priced, high-water-bearing coal species with huge reserves in Ordos area, and greatly increase Its calorific value per unit weight reduces the customer's coal costs, and through scientific purchase, processing and preparation of standard coal-fired power plants, reducing the total coal consumption, thus making a significant contribution to reducing the fuel cost of power generation companies. If the Sino-U.S. cooperation partners achieve the goal of coal low temperature and electromagnetic wave dehydration, they can use the low-moisture, high-calorie, small pulverized coal particles after dewatering to produce a high-strength, all-weather water-bearing coal with stable environmental conditions. The products, in turn, will open up a very competitive high-value-added channel for the nationwide coal-fired power market for the lignite products in Inner Mongolia that currently lack long-haul transportation value.
In addition, according to the goals set by the investors of both China and the United States, after the entire project has reached a production scale of processing 12 million tons of raw coal and outputting 10 million tons of high-calorie clean coal each year, the amount of railway and road traffic saved annually by the light will be reduced. Up to 2 million tons. According to the current average freight rate of around 300 yuan/ton in Ordos to the south, this alone can save the country 600 million yuan in transportation costs each year.
It is worth mentioning that this "marriage" in Sino-U.S. frontier scientific and technological cooperation was achieved through the active promotion of Dr. Li Daxi, the chairman of the American International Chinese Association for Science, Technology and Industry. Chairman Li Daxi recommended to relevant departments in Guangdong Province early this year and immediately received a positive response from Guangdong Yi Jian. In March, under the arrangement of Guangdong Yijian, Chairman Li Daxi led the U.S. Energy Technology Delegation to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to inspect the major coal-producing areas in the region, and promoted the latest technology of low-temperature microwave dewatering and upgrading of lignite in the United States, and began a feasibility study report.

Lower Control Arm

Auto Control Arm is divided into front swing arm and lower swing arm. The Front Control Arm is the guide and support of suspension. Its deformation affects the wheel alignment and reduces the driving stability. The main function of the Lower Control Arm is to support the body, shock absorption and buffer the vibration in driving. The reducer can play a good auxiliary role in the lower suspension arm, and its tacit cooperation with shock absorption and spring can form an excellent suspension system (assembly).
