Product Description:
The PNHS series is a water-cooled single-screw plastic pelletizing machine designed for recycling various types of plastic waste, including PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE films, and clean woven or non-woven bags. This one-step system allows the film to be compressed and then pelletized efficiently. The process flow includes feeding, metal detection, agglomeration, degassing extrusion, hydraulic screen changing, surface granulation, dewatering, screening, drying, and final packaging.
