Description
The Pet Pellets Machine is designed to process clean PET flakes into high-quality granules. It utilizes the SHJ series of parallel twin screw extruders, which are ideal for recycling materials like PET, PP, PE, PA, and ABS. This system includes a die, hydraulic screen exchanger, cooling flume, air dryer, cutter, and silo, making it a complete production line. The SHJ series extruders are specially engineered for processing PET bottles, flakes, PVC, and other crushed materials, offering excellent performance, high output, low energy consumption per kilogram, and user-friendly operation.
Structure
The machine consists of two stages: the first stage is a single screw extruder, while the second stage is a low-speed single screw extruder, both arranged vertically. This two-stage design enhances process flexibility and efficiency, allowing for better handling of heat-sensitive materials and effective devolatilization processes such as with PVC or XLPE. It also supports applications involving zero-halogen cables, shielding materials, and carbon black.
