OUR PRODUCING PROCESS:
1. Tooling (Mold) design and manufacture.
2. Manufacturing the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
3. Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to Customer's requirement.
4. After finishing the manufacturing process, we will test the parts using Image measurement instrument, Caliper, Angle Gage, etc.
5. After ensuring all dimensions meet customer’s requirements, we will proceed with the surface treatment process.
6. After completing surface treatment, we will test all parts by workers to ensure that the parts we sell are 100% qualified.
7. After testing, we will pack the parts using Vacuum Packaging Machine.
