The developed PTA crystal mold has a specification of Di4400×7150mm and a design pressure of 5.2/FV MPa. The manufactured ammonia synthesis tower has a specification of Φ2300×160×21620mm. It is the largest equipment for the domestic plate welded cylinder; the largest 3.6m×16.67m methanol synthesis tower has been developed.
Nanhua Machine According to Sinopec's “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, Sinopec Nanhua Machinery Factory shall establish Sinopec's major petrochemical equipment localization base, petrochemical plant main production base and chemical machinery product export base. The development direction of its three types of products: First, large-scale petrochemical equipment such as oil refineries, petrochemical plants in the 10,000-ton hydrogenation reactor, large-scale thick-walled towers and high pressure heat exchangers, large fixed-bed reactors, etc.; Second, special materials equipment , such as titanium, zirconium, Hastelloy B3, nickel-based alloys, super duplex steel, etc.; third, oxidation reactors, oxidation dryers, hydrogenation reactors, polypropylene reactors, EO reactors, etc. in PTA plants. .
Nanhua has conducted feasibility studies on the manufacturing of ultra-large heat exchangers in ethylene plants in Tianjin and Zhenhai with a capacity of 1 million tons per year. Specific proposals have been put forward; the preparation of “oxidation has been completed for the localization of key equipment in the PMT project of one million tons.
