The Wheaton Fire Department recently placed an order for a brand-new Pierce pumper. This impressive vehicle comes equipped with an Impel FR PUC cab and chassis, featuring a powerful Cummins ISL9 450-hp engine. The pumper boasts a 1,500-gpm single-stage pump and carries a UPF Poly 750-gallon tank. It also includes a Harrison 6-kW generator to ensure reliable backup power. This unit is expected to be delivered in May 2015. Over at the Northbrook Fire Department, they've ordered their own Pierce pumper. This model features an Impel cab and chassis, along with a Cummins ISL9 400-hp engine. The pumper has a 1,500-gpm single-stage pump and carries a UPF Poly 500-gallon tank. Additionally, it's equipped with a Will-Burt Chief light tower and a Harrison 6-kW generator. Delivery is set for May 2015. In Mount Prospect, the Fire Department has ordered a top-of-the-line Pierce pumper. This one comes with a Quantum cab and chassis and a Detroit DD13 450-hp engine. The Waterous CSU pump delivers 1,500 gpm, and the truck carries a UPF Poly 750-gallon tank. This unit is scheduled for delivery in January 2015. Evanston Fire Department has gone all out by ordering a 100-foot tractor-drawn aerial from Pierce. This impressive piece of equipment uses an Arrow XT cab and chassis and is powered by a Detroit DD13 500-hp engine. It also features a Harrison 8-kW generator. Delivery is expected in August 2015. The East Dundee and Countryside Fire Protection District has ordered an Alexis pumper. This vehicle comes with a Spartan Metro Star cab and chassis, a Cummins ISL9 450-hp engine, and a Waterous CX 1,500-gpm pump. It carries a Pro Poly 500-gallon polypropylene tank and includes a Smart Power Liberator 10-kW electrical/5-kW hydraulic generator/rescue power system for emergency tools. Delivery is planned for May 2015. Rockford Fire Department has made a significant investment by ordering two Pierce pumpers. These vehicles feature Saber PUC cabs and chassis, with Cummins ISL9 450-hp engines and PUC 1,500-gpm single-stage pumps. Each truck carries a UPF Poly 750-gallon tank and includes 30-gallon foam cells as well as an Akron eductor 3096-95 Class A foam system. These units are due for delivery in January 2015. The Itasca Fire Protection District has ordered a new Pierce pumper. This model features a Velocity cab and chassis, a Detroit DD13 500-hp engine, and a Waterous S100 1,500-gpm pump. It carries a UPF Poly 750-gallon tank and is equipped with a Harrison 10-kW generator. Delivery is expected in February 2015. Chicago Ridge Fire Department has placed an order for an E-ONE 78’ Quint, which should arrive soon. Huntley Fire Protection District has ordered a Pierce pumper with an Enforcer cab and chassis, a Cummins ISL9 380-hp engine, a Waterous CSU 1,500-gpm pump, and a UPF Poly 750-gallon tank. Delivery is scheduled for July 2015. From Josh Boyajian: Geneva Fire Department has ordered a Pierce Enforcer pumper with a 1500/750/30 configuration. Delivery is expected in May. Glencoe Fire Department has chosen an E-One Typhoon pumper with a 2000/530 configuration. This unit will be delivered in September. Hometown FPD has also opted for an E-One Typhoon pumper, with a 1500/530 configuration. Delivery is planned for September. North Palos FPD has ordered an E-One Cyclone II pumper with a 1500/530 configuration. Delivery is set for September. Palos FPD has ordered a Pierce Saber pumper with a 1500/750 configuration. Delivery is expected in June. Stickney Fire Department has purchased a Horton Type I ambulance mounted on a Ford F-450 chassis. This vehicle will be delivered in March. Homer FPD has ordered a Road Rescue Type I ambulance on a Ford F-450 chassis. Aurora Fire Department has selected a Wheeled Coach Type I Ambulance on a Ford F-450 chassis. Melrose Park Fire Department has ordered a Wheeled Coach Type III ambulance on a Ford E-450 chassis. Gurnee Fire Department has ordered a Road Rescue Type I Ultramedic ambulance. Delivery is expected this summer. Bloomingdale FPD has ordered an E-ONE 95′ RM tower ladder on a Cyclone II chassis.

Airbag Recycling

The Airbag Recycling can be used to detonate the airbags of scrapped cars, and has a self-inspection process of the detonator, which can detonate the airbags safely and reliably.

Airbag Detonator Box has safety lock and is easy to use.

The Airbag Neutralization Cabin is composed of three parts: control box, power terminal, and airbag wiring. The power terminal of about 3 meters is connected to the input interface, and the airbag wiring of about 10 meters is connected to the output interface.
