1 Drawing machine double frequency conversion control system

Drawing machine variable frequency control system is currently the most used double conversion system, one of which is used as the main pull, the other for take-up control; small (fine) pull machine currently has a single frequency control system.

1.1 System configuration: The main pull is 37kW and the take-up is 11kW.

1.2 Process Requirements:

(1) The maximum take-up speed is 1200m/min;

Pull and take-up The maximum operating frequency of the frequency converter can be calculated from the maximum pick-up speed required by the process. The diameter of the main pull-transmission wheel is 280 mm, the initial diameter of the take-up reel is 280 mm, and the final diameter is 560 mm. At the initial winding, the diameter of the reel is the minimum and the speed requirement is the highest: 1200m/min, N0 = 1363r/min, so that the maximum output frequency of the take-up frequency converter can be deduced to be 45.4Hz. This can set the maximum frequency of the line-up frequency converter to 50Hz to ensure that its maximum line-up speed is ≥ 1200m/min. The maximum frequency of the main pull converter is calculated as 75Hz according to the transmission ratio (reel diameter of the take-up line takes the median 420mm); the upper limit frequency is 45.4Hz (guaranteed maximum 1200m/min), and debugging is basically set to 50Hz.

(2) Processing varieties: 2.8mm → 1.2mm, 2.5mm → 1.0mm, 2.0mm → 0.8mm.

(3) The tension pendulum is stable throughout the operation.

1.3 Control Theory

The main pull converter actually only makes a simple speed adjustment as a reference for the speed of the wire. The take-up line frequency converter carries on the PID fine-tuning control operation frequency according to the feedback signal of the tension pendulum, guarantees its constant line take-up speed, in a certain sense also guarantees that the tension of the take-up line is constant.
1.4 debugging instructions and the advantages of non-induction vector;

During debugging, firstly, the open-loop vector mode of the main pull-up and rewinding frequency converters is debugged normally. Calculate the maximum operating frequency required by the rewinding frequency converter according to the maximum linear speed required by the process, and then correspond to the maximum frequency of the main pull according to the actual transmission ratio, so as to ensure that the difference in the linear speed between the front and rear stages is not large. Therefore, according to the feedback value of the pendulum potentiometer, the PID adjustment and control of the winding converter can be performed, and the line speed synchronization of the front and rear stages can be well controlled. In addition, the main pull converter's acceleration and deceleration time is as long as possible (usually 40 ~ 60s), can be a smooth acceleration and deceleration, the use of non-induction vector inverter whether it is empty, full plate, or low speed and medium speed, high speed Ensure that the drawing machine work is smooth start, stable operation, constant tension to achieve non-induction vector inverter automatic detection of wire drawing speed and diameter completely replace the traditional PLC and PID control mode.

Drum Rotary Dryer
