  1. Brief Introduction
This series of valves is suitable for the start and stop control of ultra-high vacuum systems. They are two types of vacuum block valves: manual and pneumatic. These valves offer advantages such as stability, durability, excellent sealing, and a long service life, making them a preferred choice in ultra-high vacuum equipment. Manual valves operate using a handwheel, which provides mechanical motion through a helical transmission system. The direction of opening and closing is indicated on the handle. Pneumatic valves use compressed air as the actuating force. When the air supply is lost, the valve plates close automatically due to spring force. The applicable media include pure air and non-corrosive gases.
